Town Office Building February 21st 2012

Approval of minutes from the 1/24/12 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Directors report.
Old Business:
- Review basketball and other ongoing winter Recreation programs as to their present progress and any changes that may need to be provided for continued success.
Continue discussion of WPRC plans for improvement at all parks in the upcoming year that fall within our budget, or are assisted by funds from sports programs outside of the WPRC.
New Business
- Review the need for a separate building at the RRAC to house the irrigation system plumbing, electrical, and water storage equipment to allow for an RFP to be issued in regards to a completed install of the water system.
- Review proposed cost for installing trenching and conduit for future power at the pavilion.
- Discuss the possibility of lighting on the new utility pole installed at the RRAC, provided and maintained by CL&P, for general lighting in the parking area as a safety and security measure.
