Approval of minutes from the 1/25/11 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Directors report.
Old Business:
- Progress of the RRAC STEAP contracted items to date, and any associated RRAC items including the progress of electrical power installation.
New Business
- Discuss plans for an opening day event for spring 2011 at the RRAC based on the probable completion date of the planned STEAP grant installs. A suggestion is to hold the opening on May 15th in conjunction with a “town cleanup day”. Food and bathroom facilities should be provided for the event based on projected attendance.
- Work on our department’s annual report which is due on April 1st.
