Approval of minutes from the 10/26/10 meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Directors report.
Old Business:
- Progress of the RRAC STEAP contracted items install to date, and any necessary items to be provided by members to contractors per install.
- Progress of backboard and electrical install at the RRAC to date, which are CIP items.
- Progress of this year’s basketball recreation program to date.
New Business
- The playscape at the RRAC may have a cost overrun. Discuss solutions to alleviate cost including changing or postponing other portions of the project. Mike Pinatti will attend the 11-22-10 meeting with the Selectmen to discuss solutions and share the results with the members at this meeting.
- Discuss methods to decrease our budget by 7% as requested by the Selectmen’s office.
