Approval of minutes from the 10/27/09 regular meeting; 11/16/09 special meeting.
General discussion and open forum for anyone present. Joe Colangelo will allot time for discussion and individual requests to speak.
Directors report.
Old Business:
A. Basketball: write a document for participation of students in coaching teams for their “senior projects”.
B. STEAP Grant: elect board members to head up the individual projects for the RRAC work funded by STEAP.
New Business
- Discuss policy for future “senior projects” as they pertain to the WPRC.
- Provide a formal request to the Selectmen in reference to the election and acceptance of Josh Walsh and Al Ference to extended terms as committee members of the WPRC as was noted in the minutes of our last meeting.
