REGULAR MEETING
A. Call to Order
Doug Roberts called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.
E. New Business:
- Request for release of letter of credit for Landscape Bond at 333 River Road. Ed Standish motioned to release the bond for landscaping. Walter Parsell seconded the motion. A discussion was held regarding the adequacy of the landscaping. Vote: Unanimous.
- Request of release of letter of credit for litter control bond at 333 River Road. Ed c Standish Motioned to release the bond for litter control at 333 River Road. J. Lucia seconded the motion. A discussion was held regarding litter. D. Roberts said that with the litter control plan still in place, as a condition of the Special Permit, the applicant would still be held to its requirements. S. Yorgensen concurred. Vote: Unanimous.
F. Minutes
E. Standish motioned to approve the October third minutes with the correction that: under absent John Sullivan – Secretary, it should be corrected to read John Sullivan, resigned. W. Parsell seconded. Unanimous.
G. Correspondence
A copy of a letter dated September 26, 2017, to Brian Keenan, of FedEx from Michelle Carlson of BL Companies Regarding a Site Lighting Study and three attached plans.

I. Staff Report/Discussion
Discussion regarding the Study done by BL Companies. The Commission, after receiving complaints from neighbors requested that Fed-Ex discuss whether the lighting in their expansion was in compliance with the approved plans and regulations. In response, Fed-Ex commissioned the lighting study and their attorney sent the outcome to the Planning and Zoning Commission. The consensus of the Commission was that, the Commission having addressed the matter agree that Fed-Ex is compliant and that the matter is now closed.
