M. Ellis called the meeting to order at 7:01.
PZC2010-31-Application for Special Permit to open Produce Market at 331 River Road (Map 30, Lot 16, Zone DC). Owner: CSB Properties LLC, Applicant: Robert W. Sherwood (Received November 19, 2010, Public Hearing December 7, Decision by February 1, 2011.
Chairman Ellis made a motion to approve File PZC2010-31 with the following conditions:
- Any Signage shall be submitted to the Commission for approval
- There shall be no outside storage, any outside display area shall be removed each evening and said area shall be depicted on site plan and approved by the Fire Marshall prior to use.
- Any alterations shall be reviewed with the Building Inspector and Fire Marshall and any permits required shall be obtained. Building Inspector and/or Fire Marshall shall approve the space prior to use and or occupancy.
- No changes to exterior site plan (including lighting) shall be allowed prior to a request and approval of a modified site plan.
- This permit shall be annually renewable beginning January 1, 2012.
- All State of Connecticut Permits ( ie Dept. of Agriculture, Consumer Protection) as applicable be obtained.
- Only Produce, Baked Goods, Eggs, Dairy Products, Maple Syrup, Honey (as listed in application) to be sold.
Seconded by T. Murphy, unanimously approved.
Chairman Ellis made a motion to adjourn, seconded by T. Murphy, Unanimously approved. Meeting adjourned at 7:04 PM
