M. Ellis called the meeting to order at 7:30. J. Poole was seated for A. Marco.
PZC2010-27 Application for Special Permit to open Copy Center & Printing ~331 River Road (Map 30 Lot 16 Zone DC) ~Owner: CSB Properties LLC Applicant: Joseph & Pamela Varholy (Received ~October 19, 2010 Public Hearing October 26, 2010 Decision by December 7, 2010)
E. Standish motioned to approve PZC2010-27, Application for Special Permit to open Copy Center & Printing at 331 River Road with the following conditions:
- Building permit, if required by the building inspector, shall be obtained for any interior changes.
- Any additional signage or changes to the sign shall require approval by the Commission.
- Fire Marshall shall approve the space prior to occupancy.
- Permit shall be annually renewable November 1.
P. Nevers seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried.
PZC2010-28 Application for Special Permit ~to allow Class 5 alcohol permits for charitable organizations or caterers permit to be allowed at 24 Old Farms Road (Map 23 Lot 46 Zone R80) Owner: Willington Hill Fire Department Applicant: Friends of the Willington Public Library (Received October 19, 2010 Public Hearing October 26, 2010 Decision by December 7, 2010)
J. Poole motioned to approve PZC2010-28 Application for Special Permit to allow Class 5 alcohol permits for charitable organizations or caterers permit at 24 Old Farms Road, Willington Hill Fire Department. Permit shall be granted for Friends of the Library Wine Tasting, one time only. Any future Class 5 permits requiring approval from Liquor Control shall be required to apply to the Commission for approval. E. Standish seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion carried.
