M. Ellis called the meeting to order at 7:30
Minutes
M. Ellis motioned to approve the minutes of January 5, 2010. T. Murphy seconded the motion. All in favor.
Discussion
Subdivision Regulations
M. Ellis thanked the commission for attending the previous workshop. The next workshop is scheduled for 7:00 on February 23, 2010 at the Willington Library.
Correspondence
1. Cease and Desist Order from Planning and Zoning to Daniel Arnini regarding the violations at Hidden Dragon Martial Arts School.
2. Cease and Desist Order from Planning and Zoning to C & S Willington Ltd. Partnership regarding the violations at Hidden Dragon Martial Arts School.
3. Emergency Incident Report on a waste material spill located on North 265 Route 32.
4. Letter from Windham Region Council of Governments regarding Coventry’s Draft Plan of Conservation & Development.
5. Notice of Violation from Planning and Zoning to the Board of Selectmen on property located at 256 Ruby Road.
