Matt Ellis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

J. Poole was seated for P. Latincsics.
Minutes
P. Nevers motioned to approve the minutes of June 2, 2008. M. Ellis seconded the motion. All in favor.
Staff Report and Discussion
G. Jones inspected the apartment at Andresen’s Overhead Door and said there isn’t anyone occupying the space.
G. Jones explained a proposal by the Board of Recreation to put up a board for the electrical meters and conduits. He said it will be 11 feet long with a roof. G. Jones said he still has to present it to S. Yorgensen. M. Ellis asked about lighting and G. Jones said they will not have lights. M. Ellis asked if the commission was okay with it as long as S. Yorgensen was in agreement and the commission said yes.
M. Ellis commented on an email from the Town Attorney regarding 6 issues he had with the fee ordinance. A brief discussion was had. The commission agreed to remand this to staff, have the Town Attorney and the Planning & Zoning Attorney work together on an agreement to then be approved by staff. The commission agreed on raising the application fee to $75.00.
Proposed Draft Subdivision Regulations were discussed by the commission.
