Discussion on extending the Subdivision Regulation Change Moratorium.
A discussion was held on extending the moratorium and possibly exempting 3 lot and 15 acre or less subdivisions. Public Hearing to be held in April if possible.
PZC2009 – 2 Application for a Special Permit to open Martial Arts School at 11 Phelps Way. Applicant: R & D Kempo Owner: C & S Willington LP (Received March 3 Public Hearing March 17, 2009 Decision within 65 days after close of P.H.)
Application was received.
Staff Report and Discussion
A discussion was held on Andresen Overhead Door. Members of the commission said they are aware that they may be violating their special permit since someone is residing upstairs.
