A. Call to Order
St. Louis called the meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. at the Town Office Building, 40 Old Farms Road, Willington, CT.

1. Release of Bond for expired subdivision. Joan P. LeBlond, Owner. 275 Daleville
Road
Yorgensen explained that since it has been 10 years, this approval has expired. She said she would touch base with our attorney about voiding the subdivision and releasing the bond and then the Commission can vote to give Ms. LeBlond her money back.

H. Discussion
Yorgensen asked who would like to go to the annual meeting of the CT Federation of Planning and Zoning Agencies on Thursday, March 20; St. Louis, Nevers, and Ellis responded. She also asked who would like to attend the land use law symposium put on by the CT Bar Association on Sat., March 8; Gray and Ellis responded.
I. Staff Report
Mr. Jones sent a notice of violation to a property owner on River Road.
