Minutes
Present were:
Ralph Tulis, Committee Chair, Tessa Gutowski, Scott Trueb, Diane Becker, John Patton, Suzanne Chapman, Valerie Pelletier, Bob Lisiewski, Kathy Blessing, Rick Maloney, Kathleen Demers, Susan Yorgensen and David Sousa.
Suzanne Chapman presented the revised flyer and press release to the Committee. The chair suggested minor adjustments. Ms. Chapman will revise the items and e-mail the final version of the press release and the flyer to Ralph Tulis, Dave Sousa and Susan Yorgensen as soon as possible. The press release will go out and the flyer will be mailed between November 7th and November 9th.
The Committee discussed doing subsequent flyers. The consensus of the Committee was that the web page should be updated but additional flyers would be very costly.
A discussion ensued regarding the updating of the web page. Mr. Sousa said that his firm would do four updates per the contract. Any updating in between the firm's quarterly updates would be done by the Committee. All things to be posted on the web will go to the Chairman who will email them to the Land Use Office for posting.
Mr. Sousa passed out the stakeholder list and schedule of interviews to take place in November. The Committee discussed the list and schedule. Mr. Sousa advised the committee that for the next meeting the comments from the stakeholder interviews would be documented and cataloged. The comments will remain anonymous and will not be attributed to any certain individual.
The Chair asked for a report on the facilitators. It was reported that Ms. St. Louis sent a letter to the Willington residents who were trained previously as facilitators for a Board of Education program, requesting their assistance. Earl Bancroft responded affirmatively. Diane Becker will be added to the facilitator list as well.

Copies of various Plans of Conservation and Development will be available through the Land Use Office for Committee members to review before the next meeting for a discussion on format.
