Nancy Bailey made a motion to accept material selection policy, reconsideration of materials procedure policy ( removing item 7 E) and request for reconsideration of library materials policy as presented.

- Review Holiday Closing Policy
Janice Boltseridge motions to condense closing on Lincoln’s and Washington’s day to close only on Presidents day. Also the Library will remain open on Columbus Day starting January 2015.

- Review & discuss conditions for employment, hiring policy, leave of absence policy, vacation policy, employee handbook, personal leave policy, sick leave policy and adding a termination policy.
Board decided to continue discussing above policy’s at next regular meeting.
