Director’s Report
Suzanne Chapman and Roby Passardi attended the DCS Energy Workshop in Colchester. Municipalities are applying for funding. Additional information and research is needed. Roby Passardi to contact Dave Harding and Christina Miahlos to schedule a collaborative meeting with DCS Energy to discuss Solar Panels.
Treasurer’s Report
Suzanne Chapman presented the Treasurer’s Report. Reviewed and Discussed.
The State Annual Survey was completed.
Old Business
ILL program through Auto- Graphics use has declined. We are going to hold off purchasing this service. Program to be further reviewed and discussed at the December 2012 meeting.
Policies and Procedures reviewed and presented by Janice Boltseridge. Job Descriptions for Library Assistant and Library Assistant I positions were discussed and updated.
