Library Board of Directors Minutes – October 12, 2010
Present: Roby Passardi, Paula Enderle, Dorothy Drobney, Shirley Ernst
Absent: Nancy Bailey, Katherine Kalagher-Ryan, Suzanne Chapman
1) Meeting called to order at 7:15 PM

4) Director’s Report: The report was distributed. Discussion of upcoming Friends Pot-Luck, the new bench in front of the Library and the upcoming meeting regarding
energy savings.
5) Treasurer’s Report: The report was distributed

Discussion was tabled until next meeting
6) Board Concerns
Roby requested approval to spend $200 for a server to connect all the computers allowing
for an easier upgrade procedure, better control of wifi security and ease in starting and
shutting down computers. An email vote will be taken.
7) Adjournment - Shirley Ernst made a motion to adjourn at 7:32 pm. Paula Enderle seconded and the motion passed.
