Chairman Jim Bulick called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm.
SEATING OF ALTERNATES
Robert Wiecenski motioned to seat Annemarie Poole for Peter Tanaka, Barry Wallett seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
PRESENT TO SPEAK – no one
New Business
Appointment of a Regular Member to the Board of Finance to fill the vacancy left by the 1-June-2017 resignation of Betsy Treiber. The appointment will be by majority vote, and will be for the period until the next election in November 2017. In November, that position will be on the ballot as “To Fill a Vacancy for Two Years.” |
Robert Wiecenski motioned to seat Geoff Prusak to fill the vacancy till the next election in November 2107, John Patton seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
