Chairman Ference called the meeting to order at 7:03 P.M
SEATING OF ALTERNATES
John Patton motioned to seat Annemarie Poole for the vacant position and Geoff Prusak for Robert Wiecenski. All were in favor, motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Vote to fill vacancy on Board
Jim Bulick motioned to seat Annemarie Poole to fill the vacant position as a regular member of the Board of Finance at the recommendation of the Republican Party. Alan Ference seconded. All were in favor, motion carried. Annemarie Poole abstained.
ADJOURMENT
Meeting was adjourned at 7:07 P.M.
