Vice-Chair Ann Marie Brown called the meeting to order at 7:12 P.M.
SEATING OF ALTERNATES
Ann Marie Brown motioned to seat Annemarie Poole for Peter Latincsics, and to seat Elizabeth Treiber for Robert Wiecenski, Alan Ference seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Fill Vacancy
Ann Marie Brown motioned to seat Elizabeth Treiber to the vacant board seat, Alan Ference seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
Ann Marie Brown motioned to seat John Patton to the now vacant alternate board position, Alan Ference seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
Election of Officers - tabled to next meeting
