Donna Latincsics called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M.
PRESENT TO SPEAK –
Steve A. Lemanski, Consulting Actuary, Millman to present GASB 45 Overview
Steve Lemanski explained to the Boards the GASB 43/45 Post Employment Benefits for Governments and Municipalities. He then answered questions. Discussion followed.
More discussion is to be held at the next regular Board of Finance meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2009.
