Also Present: Donna Latincsics, Business Manager; Annemarie Poole, Treasurer; Connie Berglund, Superintendent; Selectmen Eldredge and Patton.
Chairman Brown called the meeting to order at 7:45 pm.

Donna Latincsics present the Board with a request for transfers.
Matt DiNallo motioned that the Board of Finance authorizes the transfer of funds as follows:
2,000 to line #0141 Town Council
3,500 to line #0181 Town Office Operations
3,340 to line item #0182 Town Hall Operations
8,200 to line #0183 Consulting Engineers
2,412 to line #0185 Senior Center Operations
2,000 from line #0132 Treasurer
9,946 from line #0700 RSD 19 Operating Budget
1,038 from line #0831 Employee Insurance
6,468 from line #0910 Debt Services
Jim Harvey seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
Donna Latincsics also supplied the Board with a plan for the snow budget till the end of the fiscal year.
Selectman Eldredge asked the Board for a motion to call a town meeting to appropriate funds from the General Fund for the purchase of a 20’ chemical container. Copies of the request were not distributed to the Board.
Kathy Blessing motioned that the Board of Finance recommends the Board of Selectmen call a Town meeting to appropriate $15,000 from the General Reserve fund for the purchase of a 20’ chemical storage container for the public works garage. Jim Harvey seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.

Chairman Brown asked the Board if they felt there should be any changes to the Budget.
Kathy Blessing asked if we should add in funds for public safety? It was decided not to.
Town meeting on the budget will be held on the 30th of April.
Jim Harvey motioned to adjourn at 9:13 p.m. Anne Marie Brown seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
