SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

Chairman Brown called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
Chairman Brown motioned to seat Geoff Prusak and Lisa Marco for Matt DiNallo and Kathy Blessing. Jim Harvey seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
1. ~SENIOR HOUSING WATER SYSTEM
Selectman Patton explained for the Board the request for an additional appropriation for the Senior Housing Water System. Discussion followed.
Elizabeth Marco motioned that the Board of Finance recommends that the Board of Selectmen call a Town Meeting to appropriate $95,000 for the General Fund Balance and $130,000 from the Capital Reserve Fund for the design and construction of the Senior Housing Water System Project. These appropriations will bring total appropriations to $815,000 for this Project from all sources. Jim Harvey seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
2. ~2007 CALENDAR CHANGES
Chairman Brown explained the need for the changes on the budget schedule. Discussion followed.
Jim Harvey motioned to except the changes to the budget schedule. Geoff Prusak seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
Ann Marie Brown motioned to adjourn at 6:10 pm. Jim Harvey seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
