Chairman Brown called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

Ken Schoppmann motioned to seat Geoff Prusak for Matt DiNallo. Jim Harvey seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
1. Transfer of line items for the Public Works department
Jim Harvey motioned to transfer $37,116 from the following accounts to the Public Works Department. Lynn Brown seconded.

Ken Schoppmann motioned to appropriate $20,000 from the General Fund Balance to the FY2005-2006 Public Works Budget. Jim Harvey seconded. Discussion followed. All were in favor, motion carried.
Jim Harvey motioned to appropriate $350.00 from the General Fund Balance to account #131 Board of Finance. Geoff Prusak seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
Ann Marie Brown motioned to appropriate $4,803 from the General Fund Balance to account #133 Auditor. Jim Harvey seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.

Jim Harvey motioned to appropriate $3,000.00 from the General Fund Balance to account #141 Town Council. Ann Marie Brown seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
Ken Schoppmann motioned to appropriate $5,200 from the General Fund Balance to account #181 Town Office. Jim Harvey seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
Geoff Prusak motioned to appropriate $2,000.00 from the General Fund Balance to account #182 Town Hall Heating Oil. Jim Harvey seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
Jim Harvey motioned to appropriate $17,100.00 from the General Fund Balance to account #183 Consulting Engineers. Geoff Prusak seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
Geoff Prusak motioned to appropriate $3.00 from the General Fund Balance to account #233 Public Safety & Welfare. Jim Harvey seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
Ken Schoppmann motioned to appropriate $500 from the General Fund Balance to account #241 Building Official Dues, Fees. Jim Harvey seconded. Discussion followed.
Motioned was amended by both the Motioner and Seconder to appropriate #1,500 from the General Fund Balance to account #241 Building Official Dues, Fees. All were in favor, motion carried.
Jim Harvey motioned to appropriate $18,000 from the General Fund Balance to account #351 Transfer Station. Geoff Prusak seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
2. Request for Town Meeting
Geoff Prusak motioned that the Board of Finance recommends that the Board of Selectmen call a Town Meeting to authorize the appropriation of $92,044 from the General Fund Balance to the FY 2005-2006 Public Works Department. Jim Harvey seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
