Chairman Brown called the special meeting to fill the vacancy on the Board of Finance to order at 7:00 pm.
Two people expressed their interest in filling the regular member position: Geoff Prusak and Ann Marie Brown.
Jim Harvey motioned to appoint Geoff Prusak to the position. No one seconded.
Kathy Blessing motioned to appoint Ann Marie Brown to the position. Ken Schoppmann seconded. Vote was taken: Ken Schoppmann, Kathy Blessing, Matt DiNallo, were in favor; Jim Harvey opposed, motion carried.
Jim Harvey motioned to appoint Geoff Prusak to the alternate position left vacant by Ann Marie Brown. Kathy Blessing seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
ADJOURMENT
Motion to adjourn at approximately 7:15 was made by Ken Schoppmann, Jim Harvey seconded. All were in favor, motion carried.
