SPECIAL MEETING
January 10, 20065

Elizabeth Marco, Alternate (not seated)
Also present: Jack Lewis, Selectman, Geoff Prusak, Ann Marie Brown.
Chairman Brown called the Meeting to order at 7:05 pm.
Chairman Brown summarized why this meeting was called and what the Board is expected to do.
Three people expressed their interest in joining the Board of Finance. Two of the candidates were present and a third submitted a letter. The three candidates are: Geoff Prusak, Ann Marie Brown, Cameron Walden. Each candidate briefly spoke to the Board of their background and why they feel that they should be on the Board.
Discussion followed with the Board members asking questions of the candidates.
Chairman Brown explained that only the 6 elected regular members of the board could vote. The following vote was taken:

(Chairman Brown presented Lisa’s vote)
Ann Marie Brown received the majority vote and was added to the Board of Finance as an alternate member. The Board members congratulated and welcomed her to the Board.
Motion to adjourn made by Jim Harvey at 7:25 pm…seconded by Ken Schoppmann.~~ All in favor, motion carried.
