Chairman Brown called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion to approve minutes of November 20, 2003 was made by Jim Harvey, Bill Hodge seconded, all in favor, motion passed.

PRESENT TO SPEAK – First Selectman – Mike Eldredge – Requests a Motion that the Board of Finance authorizes The Board of Selectman to call a Town Meeting to appropriate $102,000 from the General Fund balance to tax refund Acct #137-820. Motion made by Kathy Blessing, seconded by Henry Blessing. All in favor, thus motion passes.
Willington I Fire Dept – Request $20,000 to rebuild motor and other repairs on 2000 gallon Engine Tank. Motion made by Henry Becker to approve, Bill Hodge seconded. All in favor, motion passes. Tyler will return with quotes for Ambulance & Pick-up.

CORRESPONDENCE – Geoff Prusak received Email from Daniel Heller, Kathy Blessing said she will be sending him a letter shortly.
