Chairman Brown called the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.
Motion made by Jim Harvey to seat Paul Schur for Rob Hipsky. Motion seconded by Bill Hodge. All in favor, thus motion carried.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion to approve minutes of August 21, 2003 was made by Bill Hodge, seconded by Paul Schur. Motion passes unanimously.
PRESENT TO SPEAK – No one.
OLD BUSINESS – Willington Hill Fire Dept. Motion made by Henry Becker to approve the contract for fire protection for the Town of Willington by the Willington Hill Fire Dept. Jim Harvey abstained, all (5) votes in favor, motion carries.
NEW BUSINESS – None

GOOD & WELFARE – None
Motion to adjourn made by Henry Becker at 7:15pm...seconded by B. Hodge. All in favor
