Market Study – We went over publicity documents (Postcard, Poster and Press Release) drafted by Peter Fairweather to advertise the town-wide meeting on the Market Study that will take place on September 23, 2015 at 7:00 PM at the Town Office Building. We made edits. Jackie will make the changes which included adding an RSVP section so we can get a count for the meeting by September 21. She will print Postcards to businesses and get them to Kim at the Town Office Building on September 14, 2015 for postage/mailing. Jackie will also send the press release to Robin for distribution to local papers/media and by eblast. Jackie will send the revised Poster to members who will place them at key locations around town.
Tom B. will provide water and Steven cookies based on RSVPs. Jackie will bring sign-in sheets. Tom T. will advise Peter to bring any necessary equipment for his presentation. Members should arrive at 5:45 PM to set up and have preliminary meeting with Peter Fairweather.
