On a motion by Jackie and seconded by Kim, the minutes from October 27, 2014 were approved.

Old Business:
Economic Development
- RFQ - Willington Market Study.
Jackie compiled feedback from members into a draft RFQ. We reviewed the draft line by line revising it as necessary. Jackie will prepare a revised draft by next week for review and comment from Christina Mailhos First Selectman, and Susan Yorgensen, Land Use Department as well as EDC members. The plan is for members to be positioned to approve the RFQ at our November 24, 2014 meeting. The RFQ will include a map of the I-84 development corridors and other appropriate attachments. Related to the final draft, Jackie will request information from Christina Mailhos on the bid approval process, vendor insurance requirements, and any code of ethics or conflicts of interest policies.
Meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM. Our next regularly scheduled meeting will be held on Monday November 24, 2014 at 6:00 PM.
