There was a discussion of the Town’s 9/14/11 Tax Sale concerning property, ID # 36/001-0A on Moose Meadow Road. The Board of Selectman asked the WCC to advise whether the parcel was of interest as a potential conservation selection. The WCC did not identify the parcel as being a high priority area for conservation and therefore does not recommend that the Town use its limited financial resources to pursue the purchase of this parcel at this time.
The America the Beautiful Grant application was discussed and interest in the application process was not a priority at this time.
