Call to order:~ P. Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:45 PM.

New Business
Reviewed and edited document to present to IWCC commenting on W2010-11 Application for construction of travel stop, including store, food service, fueling station and associated construction at 3 Polster Road (Owner: Frank & Joseph Malack etal) Applicant: Loves Travel Stop and Country Store Inc. This included conversation and question & answer with Mr. Bonanno.
Motion by K.D./RS to submit a letter prior to public hearing on 6/14/2010 with comments to IWWC in regards to W2010-11 Application for construction of travel stop, including store, food service, fueling station and associated construction at 3 Polster Road. Unanimous vote.
Next Meeting Date: June 22, 2010
Adjournment: On a motion by KD/RS at 925 pm. So moved.
