MEETING MINUTES

John Patton called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
1. Approval of Minutes
Motion to approve the Meeting Minutes of January 23, 2012 was made by Jim Poole, Ken Schoppmann seconded. Jim Bullock abstained, all others were in favor, motion carried.
Motion to approve the Meeting Minutes of January 30, 2012 was made by Jim Poole, Tyler Millix seconded with the following amendments. All were in favor, motion carried.
Melissa Welsh arrived at 6:40 pm
2. Approval of Report
Changes to the CIP report were discussed. Suggested changes were made to the spread sheet and wording was changed in the letter. The following topics/changes were discussed:
- Emergency Services fund going negative with current changes
- moving the Ambulance out a year
- knocking out all refurbishments for now
Peter Latincsics arrived at 6:53 pm
Jim Poole motioned to approve the 2013 - 2017 CIP report with the amendments. Jim Bullock seconded, all were in favor, motion carried.

Chairman Patton adjourned the meeting at 7:13 pm.
