First Selectman Mailhos seconded the motion.

John Patton nominated Jim Poole as Vice-Chairman.
Melissa Welsh seconded the motion.
All in favor; motion carries.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:18 PM, by a motion made by First Selectman Mailhos.
