CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Continued Public Hearing at Hartwell Business Park, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, Massachusetts, Conference Room 1, on Monday, November 18, 2013, at 7:00 p.m., to act on the petition of Viewpoint Sign, representative Scott Spaulding, 35 Lyman Street, Northboro, MA, for variance for the installation of (1) set of channel letters, 93.25 square feet in size, on the front façade of the Planet Fitness building, 184 West Boylston Street, West Boylston, MA.  Record title stands in the name of the Surabian Realty Co., P.O.
