The Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at Hartwell Business Park, 127 Hartwell Street, Meeting Room # 1, West Boylston, Massachusetts, on Thursday, September 22, 2011, at 7:15 p.m. to act on the Petition of John and Cathy Hadley, 151 Malden Street, West Boylston, Massachusetts, seeking a Special Permit under West Boylston Zoning Bylaws, Section 3.4, Accessory Apartments, to construct an accessory apartment upon the property located at 151 Malden Street, West Boylston, in the SR (Single Residence) zoning district. Record title stands in the names of the Cathy and John Hadley.
