MINUTES OF THE PLANNING BOARD CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING
SPRINT APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL PERMIT AND SITE PLAN REVIEW:

The Chair opened the Continued Public Hearing at 7:05 p.m. Mr. Vignaly asked to be recused because his employer is an abutter to the referenced property. Ms. Paré noted that a Structural Analysis was completed by Salient Associates, LLC on April 13, 2012 and submitted to VHB for review. On April 30, 2012, Mr. Amico, review engineer for VHB, reported that the calculations and drawings were acceptable and in general conformance with the design concept of the project. The only outstanding issue is whether there is already a bond in place for the tower and equipment. (Telecorp Realty posted a bond on 12/2/98 in the amount of $45,000 and Sprint may be the successor corporation to Telecorp). Ms. Paré will check on the status of the bond and draft an Approval, to be signed at the next meeting of the Board.
Upon motion of Ms. Paré and second of Mr. Salate, it was unanimously voted to close the public hearing.
