MINUTES OF THE PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED REVISIONS TO PLANNING BOARD FEE SCHEDULE
NOVEMBER 18, 2009
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Lawrence Salate, Patricia Halpin, Patrick McKeon, Karen Paré, Vincent Vignaly
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
OTHERS PRESENT: Jeff Nathan, Scott Heffernan, Bryan Wilson, George Eisroun, James Valeriani, Allen Rantala
Chairman Salate opened the public hearing at 7:30 p.m. Ms. Paré read the Notice of Public hearing that was published in the Telegram & Gazette on November 4th and 11th. Mr. Vignaly explained that the purpose for the revisions is to make the construction inspection fees and activities clearer to the applicant. Basically, there is more description of the process and more details concerning the fees.
Ms. Paré stated that she would like to revisit this schedule at a later date when discussing the different types of site plan reviews. Mr. McKeon added that he made a comparison between these fees and those of Grafton and found that the fees being charged by this Planning Board are in line with those of Grafton.
Upon motion Ms. Paré and second of Ms. Halpin, it was unanimously voted to close the public hearing.
