MINUTES OF THE PLANNING BOARD CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING

APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL PERMIT AND SITE PLAN REVIEW

Ms. Halpin opened the continued public hearing at 7:09 p.m. She read an email, dated September 22, 2008, from Simon J. Brighenti, attorney for the applicant, requesting that the public hearing be further continued until Wednesday, October 8, 2008 to allow time for the compilation of additional information requested by the Planning Board.
Upon motion of Ms. Paré and second of Mr. Salate, it was unanimously voted to further continue the public hearing until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 8, 2008.
