VOTE TO APPROVE PROPOSED LAYOUT OF RECYCLE WAY
Upon motion of Mr. Vignaly and second of Mr. Salate, it was unanimously voted to recommend approval at Town Meeting of the proposed town way as laid out by the Board of Selectmen. The boundaries of said way are shown as “100’ Wide Right of Way” on the plan entitled “Conceptual Site Plan,” dated May 10, 2007, prepared by SITEC Environmental, Inc. and stamped by ??, P.E. #??
