HONEY DEW DONUTS SITE PLAN REVIEW
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Patricia Halpin, John Baker, Karen Paré, Lawrence Salate, Vincent Vignaly
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
OTHERS PRESENT: Wayne Amico, Mike Staiti
The Chair, Ms. Halpin, opened the continued public hearing for Honey Dew Donuts Site Plan Review at 7:40 p.m. She stated that a written request for a further continuance of the public hearing until the December meeting was received today from the applicant’s engineer, Matthew Brassard, PE. Mr. Amico stated that he has still not received requested traffic data nor has he seen proposed modifications to the driveway. A continuance until December 12th will allow him adequate time to review the modifications.
Upon motion of Mr. Salate and second of Ms. Paré, it was unanimously voted to continue the Honey Dew Donuts public hearing until December 12, 2007 at 7:00 p.m.
