NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
West Boylston Planning Board
Proposed Changes to Zoning Bylaws
The West Boylston Planning Board will hold two public hearings at the Municipal Office Building, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, Massachusetts on March 27, 2013 on proposed changes to the Zoning Bylaws as follows:
At 7:00 pm - Addition of Section 3.12 to the Zoning Bylaws: To establish a Moratorium on the use of land or structures for a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center in the town of West Boylston, to be in effect through December 31, 2014.
At 7:15 pm - Changes to Section 5.6, Signs and Billboards: To update and make extensive amendments to the Signs and Billboards section of the Zoning Bylaws.
All interested parties are invited to attend these hearings at which time you will be given the opportunity to be heard. A copy of the language for the proposed changes is on file at the office of the Town Clerk at the Municipal Building, whose office is open Monday - Wednesday 9:00am - 4:00pm and Thurs. - Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm/
