Planning Board Notice of Public Hearing
Proposed Change to Zoning Bylaws
Notice is hereby given that the West Boylston Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 7:45 p.m. at the Town Hall/Mixter Building, 120 Prescott Street, West Boylston on a proposal to amend the Zoning Map to allow a change from Single Residence District to “Business/Industrial” District of a triangular shaped parcel of approximately 352 acres, bounded on the south by Raymond Huntington Highway, the west by the Holden town line and the north by the Sterling town line.
Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be given an opportunity to be heard. Copies of the map and text of the proposed change are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, whose office is open Monday – Wed., 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Thursday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
