Planning Board Notice of Public Hearing
Proposed Change to Zoning Bylaws
Notice is hereby given that the West Boylston Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall/Mixter Building, 120 Prescott Street, West Boylston on a proposal to amend the Zoning Map to change the Single Residence District to Business District on land consisting of approximately 0.87 acres and being a portion of Assessors Map 163, Parcel 111, on the northerly side of Shrine Avenue, approximately 300 feet westerly of West Boylston Street, belonging in part to Checker Real Estate LLC.
Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be given an opportunity to be heard. Copies of the map of the proposed change are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, whose office is open Monday – Wed., 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Thursday – Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
