30-minute tours (led by responsible department heads) of each municipal building to illuminate maintenance status and issues. Public welcome.
1 7:30 a.m.: Meet Director of Public Works, Silvio Baruzzi, at the Bancroft Building (Town Barn), 35 Worcester Street, for a maintenance tour of the facility.
2 7:55 a.m.: Walk next door to the Bruce L. Shepard Public Safety Headquarters, 39 Worcester Street, for an 8:00 a.m. maintenance tour of that facility, led by Fire Chief Richard Pauley.
3 8:25 a.m.: drive to the Beaman Memorial Public Library, to meet Director, Louise N. Howland, at 8:30 a.m., for a maintenance tour of the library building.
4 Meeting will adjourn promptly at 9:00 a.m.
