a Review of committee's draft operational procedures. Adjust description of appropriate maintenance expenses, as needed. Discuss requirements for external review prior to final adoption with Town Administrator, if present.
b Review chairperson’s initial draft disbursement request form (to be distributed to members in advance of meeting).
3 New Business Topics:
Review of Municipal Building Fund initial balance for FY2012 and departmental building maintenance expenses to date.
Discussion of any issues raised by committee members or other meeting attendees.
