NOTE: MEETING TO BE HELD AT THE SITE, 215 WEST BOYLSTON STREET, WEST BOYLSTON @ 6pm
A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of 215 H & M Realty, LLC, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the installation of oil/water separator, connection to sanitary sewer and reduction of drainage flow to the southeast at 215 West Boylston Street, West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on THURSDAY, JUNE 4, 2015, 6:00 PM, AT THE SITE – 215 WEST BOYLSTON STREET, WEST BOYLSTON.
