The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at Hartwell Business Park, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, Massachusetts, in the Council on Aging/Senior Center Room, on Monday, June 16, 2014, at 7:15 p.m., to act on the petition of Donald J. Dill and Kathleen Dill et al, for Administrative Appeal regarding the enforcement of Zoning Bylaws of the Town of West Boylston as they apply to the use of the property and structures located at 94 North Main Street, West Boylston, MA. Record title stands in the name of Iqbal Ali, Crescent Builders, Inc., 85 Chestnut Street, Shrewsbury, MA, 01545. Copies of the petition are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 127 Hartwell Street. All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing.
