Conservation Commission
A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of John Scannell, DCR Water Supply Protection, Notice of Intent, for work to enlarge a culvert carrying Gates Brook at property in the rear of One Worcester Street, inside Gates Brook Gate #25, Map 160, Parcel 16, West Boylston, MA, downstream of the railroad right of way.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, May 5, 2014, at 7:00 pm, at the West Boylston Town Offices, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA. This meeting will be held in Conference Room 2.

A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office (on behalf of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance), Request for Determination of Applicability, for the demolition of a two-story modular structure at 5 Paul X. Tivnan Drive (Assessors Map 178, Block 001), West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, May 5, 2014, at 7:30 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA.

A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Mass DOT Highway Division (District 3), Request for Determination of Applicability, for the resurfacing of portions of Route 12 in the towns of Sterling and West Boylston. The work will occur within the 100 foot buffer zone of natural watercourses and associated bordering vegetated wetlands.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, May 5, 2014, at 7:45 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA.
