Conservation Public Hearing- POSTPONED UNTIL JAN. 13, 2013
A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Jay Pelletz, Mutual Builders, Inc., Notice of Intent, DEP File #327-0256, for the installation of a subsurface disposal system within the 100 ft. buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland at 15 Shady Lane, West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, January 6, 2014, at 7:00 pm, at the West Boylston Town Offices, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA.
