PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Conservation Commission CONTINUED UNTIL NOVEMBER 12, 2013 AT 2:00 P.M. Site Visit: Lot C, Prospect Street, West Boylston
A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of David Lipinski, LandValue LLC, Notice of Intent, for the construction of a single family home with associated driveway, grading and connection to town water and sewer within the 200 ft. Riverfront Zone and within 100 ft. Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, at Lot C Prospect Street, West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, November 4, 2013, at 7:00 pm, at the West Boylston Town Offices, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA.
