PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Joseph Curtin, PE, EH Perkins Construction, Notice of Intent, for the installation of an eight-inch gas main within Prescott Street, West Boylston, to Bean Road, Sterling, MA. The proposed work requires crossing a culvert at Waushacum Brook.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, August 12, 2013, at 7:15 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA.
